Summary of the Last Board Meeting



  • The Board is considering and progressing the Recommendations allocated to it as an output of the recent ORR Attribution Review
  • Revised versions of Process Guides PGD8 and PGD11 have been issued and can be found in the Process Guide link to the left
  • The DAPR has been updated and the new version is live from the 15th September 2019 and can be found above
  • The PDAC is undergoing a review considering any changes required to manage TRUST data for CP6 Industry Metric changes




The Delay Attribution Board is an industry body that is established under the auspices of the Network Code to 'Lead, Monitor and Advise' the Rail Industry on the attribution of train delays and cancellations. The Board is comprised of representatives from Network Rail and Train Operators led by an independent Chair providing a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the Rail Industry.
