Summary of the Last Board Meeting



  • The Board is progressing the Recommendations allocated to it as an output of the recent ORR Attribution Review
  • Revised Process Guides PGD2 and PGD8 and a new PGD20 were issued in January and can be found under the 'Process Guides' link
  • The DAPR is being updated and a new version will go live from the 1st April 2020
  • The PDAC is undergoing a review considering any changes required to manage TRUST data for CP6 Industry Metric changes




The Delay Attribution Board is an industry body that is established under the auspices of the Network Code to 'Lead, Monitor and Advise' the Rail Industry on the attribution of train delays and cancellations. The Board is comprised of representatives from Network Rail and Train Operators led by an independent Chair providing a wealth of knowledge and experience from across the Rail Industry.
